By scheduling and booking a roll-off dumpster rental with Precision Post Dumpsters, you agree to the following operational terms and conditions.

1. Container Placement & Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring clear, unobstructed access to the designated placement area on the agreed delivery date. Our drivers utilize protective wood dunnage under container rollers to protect surfaces.

2. Prohibited Materials

Customers agree not to load prohibited hazardous items into the container, including chemicals, liquid paint, vehicle batteries, propane tanks, freon appliances, or medical waste as governed by Maricopa County solid waste ordinances.

3. Weight Limits & Overages

Each container size includes an agreed tonnage allowance. Any excess weight recorded by certified landfill tipping scales will be billed at the standard prorated rate specified in your rental contract.
